The Annual General Meeting of Wellington Masters Athletics Inc. is to be held on
Wednesday 16th September 2026
at the
Waiora Hub (Olympic Harrier Clubrooms),
17 Bannister Avenue, Johnsonville
commencing at 7.00pm.
Nominations are called for the following positions:
- Patron
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
Nominations for the above positions are to be in the hands of the Secretary by Friday 28th August 2026.
Nominations for Committee members will be called for from the floor at the AGM, but nominations can be submitted to the Secretary beforehand by Friday 28th August 2026.
Any Remits for discussion at the AGM must also be in the hands of the Secretary by Friday 28th August 2026.
