Wellington Discus

The discus has been contested in the Olympics since 1896 for men and 1928 women.

The men start with a discus of 2kg, which drops to 1.5kg at age 50.It reduces further to 1kg at age 60. The women start with a 1kg discus that is reduced to 750g at age 75.
